Orders are processed and prepared within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing time is not included in the delivery timeframe.

2. Shipping Fees

Within the United Arab Emirates

  • Delivery fees vary depending on the region.

GCC Countries

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the package weight and delivery location.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • UAE: 1 – 3 business days

  • GCC Countries: 5 – 7 business days

Delivery times may be affected by exceptional circumstances such as customs clearance or logistical delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to follow your shipment through every stage.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
For shipping to other countries, please contact us directly to explore available options.

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for shipments outside the UAE.

  • Customs Duties & Local Taxes:
    International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Damaged Shipments:
    If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number, and we will take the necessary action to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Pre-Order Items:
    Products available for pre-order will be shipped on the scheduled release date specified on the product page.
